Oil on mounted paper
30 x 43 inches.
Artist’s private collection.
Oil study from a painting session with Michael Jackson, mid-1980’s.
“Michael and I would draw and sketch together from time to time. He loved faces, sketching people and facial features. I would show him a few things with drawing features but mainly he would just start sketching very loose. Using thin lines like a string…I was always trying to get him to use thicker lines, bolder strokes. He loved to draw and sketch so much” -Nate Giorgio
